MEET THE TEAM

Lisa has worked her way up through the ranks over the last 24 years, from junior underwriter to Head of Loan Broking and currently oversees both the Broker Team and the Loans Department.

Lisa has recently qualified as a person-centred counsellor and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and going to the gym.

Jimmy has worked in debt management and financial services before joining the team in 2015. This experience gives him a great advantage working with brokers as he fully understands a range of needs.

He's an avid Sheffield Wednesday fan, and he was even seen on TV praying for SWFC in their 2016 play-off final disappointment against Hull.

Eddie has been with Norton Finance for over 12 years and has been in a range of roles from Mortgage Advisor to Roving Underwriter. His knowledge of the mortgage and second charge market is second-to-none, and enables him to help our brokers reach the best solution on their cases.

Away from the office, Eddie loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, or whipping up something tasty in the kitchen!

Daniel is the Sales Manager for Bridging and commercial loans and finds exceptional brokers to partner with to find the best outcome for their clients. He has over 15 years of experience in finance dealing with Secured and Bridging loans and joins us from a previous role as Senior Business Development Manager.

In his spare time Dan likes to go for days out with his wife and 3 children or put his feet up in front of the TV with the football on.

Joanne joined the team in 2014, having previously worked as an underwriter in the 90s, and her history with Norton and extensive knowledge of the financial services industry means she is our go-to for queries about criteria and tricky cases

Away from the office, Joanne enjoys spending quality time with her daughter.
