Meet the Team

What makes us unique is that we are a family run business that has been operating for almost 50 years.

Keith Stringer is our Managing Director and his sons, Paul and Mark, are both directors. The element of family is extended throughout the company and we hope that this feeling reaches our brokers through our customer service.

We specialise in secured finance and believe that no case is too complex for us to take a look on. We have a wealth of experience and knowledge; our Managers have an average of 26 years’ service, so your clients are in trustworthy hands. With our large panel of lenders, we are confident that we can find the best option for your client, no matter their financial history. We have a longstanding relationship with many of our lenders, so we know their criteria like the back of our hand!

We offer a whole of market second charge panel of lenders, offering a wide range of products for a variety of financial circumstances. We also have products that are exclusive to us. We also have a range of unsecured lenders, for those who don’t wish to secure finance against their property.

We also work with a panel of 18 mortgage lenders, to ensure no matter the circumstances we’ll find a solution for your customer.

Norton Home Loans is our in-house lender, which sets us apart from other brokers as we have a deeper understanding of what lenders will require.

The customer is at the heart of everything we do. We always aim to provide our brokers and clients the standard of service that has become synonymous with Norton.

Once we have obtained a full application, each case is managed by one Customer Relations Manager (CRM) from start to completion. This is something you don’t get with other brokers, so truly makes working with us a unique experience.

When you register with us, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Broker Account Manager (BAM), who will be your point of contact for anything you need. Our BAMs also travel nationwide to visit you and provide any training you may need. The whole broker team will assist with updates on cases, or you can get in touch if you’d prefer.

We have some excellent tools for our registered brokers. Each broker is given log in details for the portal on our website; this is where you can submit your cases, keep a track on what’s happening, request updates and see what commissions we offer. You can also check and amend any of your details from here.

We also offer our second charge sourcing system, Quick Quote. This is powered by Twenty7Tec and can give you an estimate of the plans and quotes you could be expecting to be recommended to your customer.

We also have our own in-house sourcing system, for the cases that we receive. This take into account all the information provided in the Fact Find to find the cheapest and best possible product for your customer.
